Having completed projects in all asset classes Tristate Holdings invests across the real estate sector; residential, industrial, commercial and medical with a focus on value add opportunities leveraged through its management team which has over 20 years experience in the property sector.
It’s current pipeline of projects include approximately 400 residential dwellings across metropolitan Sydney and the repositioning of multiple medical assets. Tristate Holdings also provides debt positions to developers for land bank purposes or takes mezzanine positions in projects.
