Tristate Holdings is a strong supporter of the Kiss the Frog Foundation.
Kiss the Frog is a foundation setup to assist Joshua Clift, a close school friend of Adrian Tripodina’s, who in 2008 was involved in two serious accidents that left him an incomplete quadriplegic. The Kiss the Frog Foundation is all about one man’s dreams to beat the odds and walk again.
Through the foundation, Joshua receives assistance to continue his on-going spinal cord rehabilitation, in both Australia and at the Shepherd Center in America, and to assist with life back in country NSW to enable him to lead a normal, independent life.
Tristate Holdings is proud to be a strong supporter of making Josh’s fairytale come true – “What I am chasing is a fairytale and I am not after a Prince Charming, but to walk again I would kiss a thousand frogs. By supporting this foundation in whatever way you can, you will have kissed a frog and become a part of my fairytale” – Joshua Clift
Josh Clift – “My family and I would like to thank the Tripodina Family for supporting the foundation. The donations have helped me continue on the road to recovery from supporting my time in Atlanta in rehab and now to the purchase a car capable of assisting my everyday requirements”.

Kiss the Frog Foundation (KTF) has been established to raise funds to assist persons in necessitous circumstances, and as its initial and primary goal, to assist Joshua Clift. It’s aim is to put the Foundation in a position that it can assist others facing a similar challenge with the medical rehabilitation, equipment and services that are integral to achieving a successful recovery and long term independence.
